Welcome to BETTER MEN Australia

The Shift Workers!

We’re working on the shift that’s sweeping the nation: average blokes are striving to be better men, better husbands, and better fathers. They’re willing to do whatever it takes to be more committed, more capable and more confident.

Sociologists are calling it a social revolution - a paradigm shift in the heads, hearts and hands of a new breed of men who want to make a lasting impact on this world for the sake of their families.

We support men of all ages and cultures (and their families) to make this shift possible through life-changing:

TOGETHER we can build a nation of better men!

New Leadership at Male Health Victoria Inc

Peter Kelly reports in the MHV Newsletter:

"Since the Male Health Victoria conference in November, we have been dealt a bit of a blow. Rob Koch, our beloved President, had to step down from this position due to work commitments.

What can we say about Rob - he was been the driving force behind initially rallying the troops to discuss male health in the State, culminating with commitment and drive to form what we now know as Male Health Victoria. Rob's commitment, vision and passion have laid a solid basis for the organisation. He will be sorely missed but we are still able to access his insight and skills through his role as a Consultant on our Consultants Register.

Given Rob's departure I have taken on the Acting President's role. I'm excited to step up to the plate and hope to continue the great work that has already been completed in the short time MHV has been in existence. Terry Melvin, one of our wonderful Committee members, has agreed to take on the Acting Vice President role.

MHV represents the interests of groups and organisations that are passionate around male health and wellbeing - our member's views, ideas and support are critical as we move forward. So continue to let us know how you and your organisation are travelling and the specific ideas you may have as to how MHV can assist and support you.  We also want to know what you feel that you or your organisation may be able to do for or in conjunction with MHV to promote the health and wellbeing of our men and boys."

See how Mount Buller, Victoria can really turn it on. Six average guys just escaped the city for a day,
slammed down the mountain and went back home better men. It's that easy.
OR, consider kayaking one of of Victoria's great rivers - not just a great escape or outdoor rush,

but a way to get some informal mentoring so you'll go back a better man.
